The Apothecary Collection specializes in spiritual oils that are hand crafted in small batches according to traditional formulas with real herbs, essential oils, and fragrance oils. We have been making Spiritual Oils for over 20 years and have had success with every oil that we currently sell. Of course, there were many failures over the years, but the ones that remain have been perfected through the process of trial and error so that we are confident of their energy and performance!
Currently we only ship within The United States. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 3 business days of order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at stephenmichaelsdesign@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. We will send a return authorization and shipping information.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
